At Solte Skin we aim to ship your order within 1-3 days however this may sometimes be sooner, sometimes later. If your order is going to be longer than 3 days, we'll endeavour to contact you to let you know the delivery estimate.

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

Returns

At Solte Skin we want you to be happy with your purchase! Items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 72 hours of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 72 hours to hello@solteskin.com.au and the item will be replaced.
