Can't go without it - highly recommend

I use this on my feet every night before bed, and I am sure it has contributed to improving my sleep. I use it when I have a bit of tightness in my muscles after training to help soothe them too. My cousin is now a big fan after using it for muscle pain and tension which she swears it relieves overnight! Also love that I can support a local business with this product :)

Works a charm!

Thought we would try this for my 8 year old daughter as she suffers terribly from growing pains. Since starting to use it, the pain has definitely diminished. I’ve also started using it myself, and I have found that I’m falling asleep quicker, and staying asleep!
